When EasyDay Travel first reached out to us at Trazo Media, I knew this project was going to be something special.
As a travel agency based in Calgary, they weren’t just looking for a website that looked good. They needed a website for a small business that actually works — something that would bring in leads, rank well on Google, and reflect the trust and professionalism they’ve built with their customers.
And that’s exactly what we set out to deliver.
Understanding the Brand First — Not Just Building a Website
Before we wrote a single line of code, we started with something more important: understanding their brand.
What does EasyDay Travel stand for?
What kind of people do they serve?
What emotions do we want visitors to feel the moment they land on the homepage?
We sat with the client Mr. Virdi, asked the right questions, and really absorbed their vision — warm, helpful, efficient, and deeply connected to their community. This gave us a clear direction for the design language, tone of voice, and even the layout flow.

The Approach: SEO Meets Speed Meets Simplicity
We knew the website had to do three big things:
-
Look great on all devices
-
Rank well on search engines
-
Convert visitors into inquiries and bookings
So we started building it from scratch — no templates, no shortcuts. We created a clean, minimal UI that loads fast and feels trustworthy. Every section was intentionally placed to guide visitors to take action. We implemented strong SEO fundamentals right from the start — title tags, meta descriptions, fast load times, proper heading structure, and optimized on-page content. We added clear CTAs, easy navigation, and forms that actually get filled out.
Honestly, we didn’t just build a website for a travel agent — we built a lead-generation machine.

How Fast Did We Deliver?
Let me put it this way — we didn’t waste a single day.
From day one, we hit the ground running. We broke the entire project down into focused sprints and moved quickly, but never rushed. Our team stayed in sync, and we made sure the client was in the loop at every step. We’d share design previews, collect instant feedback, and make changes on the go — so nothing ever felt like a surprise or a last-minute scramble.
What really helped was our streamlined workflow. Every design decision was purposeful, every page layout was planned with user intent in mind, and every feature was tested for speed and responsiveness.
In just three short weeks, the site went from an idea to a fully designed, developed, tested, and launched product.
The result? A fresh, clean, and lightning-fast website for travel agents and an online presence that looked great and was built to rank on Google and convert visitors into actual leads.
It was one of those builds where everything just clicked — the vision, the process, and the outcome. Creating the website for travel agents was a seamless experience.
You guys nailed it. It’s exactly what we had in mind… but better.
Final Thoughts
If you’re a travel agent or run any small business and you’re tired of slow developers, generic templates, or websites for travel agents that sit there doing nothing, let’s talk.
At Trazo Media, we build websites that don’t just look great — they perform. This was one of my favourite builds recently, and I’d love to create the same kind of result for your business too.
